11 August 2022 – Connexion Technologies has published its Annual Report for the financial year ending June 2022, highlighting a year of strong financial performance, continued investment in UK manufacturing capability, and significant growth across life sciences, defence, and EV power electronics.

The Group reported record revenues of £35.6M, with EBITDA of £5.3M before R&D investment, and orderbook growth of over 100% year-on-year, marking a major step forward in Connexion Technologies’ long-term growth strategy.

Major Highlights from the Annual Report:

• £9M invested in a new 46,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility in Andover, including the UK’s largest semiconductor packaging cleanroom
• 190 new customers onboarded and a strategic focus on Life Sciences, now the Group’s largest market
• Strong expansion in defence and secure communications, including delivery of multi-million-pound RF systems and anechoic chambers
• 55% growth in Life Sciences revenue, driven by demand for lab-on-chip and advanced medical device manufacturing
• Ongoing success of the @FutureBEV programme, working with BMW and other OEMs to develop SiC power modules for next-generation EV platforms
• Recognition through multiple national awards, including Manufacturer of the Year 2022

In addition to financial growth, Connexion Technologies continued to invest in its people, with the largest-ever intake of apprentices and graduates across engineering, operations and technical sales. Sustainability and digital transformation also remained key priorities, with energy-efficient facility upgrades and ERP system investments implemented across the Group.
