Connexion Technologies to Exhibit at Electronica 2026

Electronica Hero Image Connexion Technologies 1080x1080Modern electronic systems rarely come from a single source. A defence or aerospace programme might rely on one supplier for PCB manufacturing, another for sourcing, another for assembly, and another again for semiconductor packaging, each with its own lead times, quality processes, and points of contact. Managing that complexity is one of the hidden costs of electronics manufacturing.

The Connexion Technologies group will be exhibiting at electronica 2026, Hall A2, Stand 479, from 10 to 13 November, bringing together Exception PCB, OMR Italia, and Custom Interconnect. It's also the group's first time exhibiting together at a show of this scale, but the real story is what visitors can access once they're on the stand: the full electronics manufacturing lifecycle, from PCB sourcing through to semiconductor packaging, in one place.

The Full Electronics Manufacturing Lifecycle Explained

Rather than stitching together separate suppliers, visitors to the stand can speak to specialists covering four capability areas in one visit: PCB manufacturing, PCB sourcing, PCB assembly (PCBA), and semiconductor packaging. Each capability sits with its own specialist business, so customers still get deep, dedicated expertise in each area, without having to manage four separate supplier relationships to get it.

Exception PCB, OMR Italia, and Custom Interconnect: What Each Brings

Exception PCB brings high-technology, quick-turn UK PCB manufacturing to the stand, with expertise in flex, rigid-flex, high-density interconnect (HDI), and copper via filling.

OMR Italia brings specialist PCB sourcing, procurement and European supply chain expertise, backed by its own technical office and incoming quality control.

Custom Interconnect brings PCB assembly (PCBA) and semiconductor packaging capability, extending reach into increasingly complex electronic and semiconductor applications.

Why This Matters for Defence, Aerospace, and Medical Manufacturers

For defence, aerospace, and medical programmes, the stakes around reliability, traceability, and consistency are too high to leave to a patchwork of suppliers. These sectors need partners capable of solving technical challenges and supporting complex requirements throughout development and production, not simply filling a single line on a bill of materials.
